Good to know before you go.
Do I need to bring my own camping equipment?+
For a General Campsite, yes — Inkampu gives you the space and the facilities, you build your camp your way. Don't have gear? Add a Campsite bundle (tent, 2 chairs, table) when you book, or choose a Deluxe Tented Campsite, which comes set up.
What if I forget something?+
The Inkampu shop has camping equipment to hire in an emergency, plus essentials like water, ice, firewood and charcoal.
Do I get my own private space?+
Yes. Every booking is for a dedicated, numbered campsite — and you can choose exactly which one on our campground map. Bring a privacy screen (or hire one on site) for extra privacy.
Are there washrooms?+
Men's and women's washrooms with toilets and hot showers are located conveniently around the campground and clearly marked. Please bring your own toiletries.
Where are you?+
Al Faw, near Al Madam in Sharjah, a few kilometres from the Oman border. About 60 minutes from Dubai, 70 minutes from Al Ain and 90 minutes from Abu Dhabi.
Is there a swimming pool?+
Two, beside the kids' play area. Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult at the pools at all times.
Can I just visit for the day?+
Yes! Day passes are AED 65 per person and children under 6 are free. Book a day visit online so we can manage numbers.
Can I make a fire?+
Yes, in your camp area — but never directly on the sand. Bring a firepit or stand (or hire a fire pit from us for AED 40), and put used coals in the metal drums provided.
Is music allowed?+
Small portable speakers are fine. Volume MUST be stopped at 10 pm. Loud sound systems and fireworks are not allowed.
What is the cancellation policy?+
You can cancel online for a full refund up to 72 hours before check-in. After that, please contact us.
When is Inkampu open?+
We're open from September to April and closed for the summer, May to August. The booking calendar always shows the dates we're open.
