Cookies Policy

Last updated: 15 December 2023

This is the Cookies Policy (the "Policy") for Inkampu, accessible from www.inkampu.com. To make this site function properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. This page describes what cookies are, what information they gather, why, and how they are used by Inkampu, and how to control and disable them. Please know that disabling cookies may stop some parts of the site from working.

For further information on how we use, collect and manage your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data stored in text files saved on your mobile device or computer when you visit a website. Cookies allow the website's server to record and store your actions and preferences, such as login information, over a particular period, so you do not have to keep re-entering your details whenever you revisit the site or move between pages.

How We Use Cookies

Cookies are essential for our website to function and to give you a better experience. Cookie-related information is not used to identify you personally.

The Cookies We Use

Sessional cookies are temporary cookies that work during your visit and expire when you close the browser.
Permanent cookies keep your site preferences on your device even after you close the browser.
Necessary cookies let the website recognise that you are signed in to your account or to the staff area.
Login cookies remember that you have signed in so you don't need to sign in on every page. They are cleared when you sign out.
Orders-processing cookies remember your booking while you pay, so the payment is processed properly.
Forms cookies remember details you have entered in forms, such as the booking or contact forms.

Third-Party Cookies

Our payment provider, Stripe, sets its own cookies on its secure payment pages to process your payment and prevent fraud. If we use an analytics service such as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, it may set cookies that record which pages are visited and for how long. For more information on Google Analytics cookies see https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage

How to Control Cookies

You can control and delete cookies on your device and adjust your browser settings to block them (see your browser's Help section). However, blocking cookies will usually stop features such as signing in and booking from working.

Amendments and Modifications

Inkampu may change this Policy at any time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted on this page. Please check this page regularly; continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
